PART ONE: TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, purchasing tickets, or attending any event hosted by Singles LA LLC dba LA Singles ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("User," "Attendee") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

2. Eligibility

All events and Services are strictly for individuals 21 years of age or older. By using our Services you confirm you are at least 21, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and will provide valid government-issued photo ID at all events. We reserve the right to deny entry to anyone unable to verify age.

3. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

Attendance at any Singles LA LLC event is entirely voluntary. By purchasing a ticket or attending an event you:

• Acknowledge and assume all risks associated with attendance, including but not limited to venue conditions, crowd interaction, alcohol consumption, and the actions of other attendees
• Release, waive, and discharge Singles LA LLC, its owners, members, managers, employees, contractors, partners, affiliates, sponsors, and the event venue and its staff (collectively "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, damages, or liability of any kind arising from your attendance, whether caused by negligence or otherwise
• Expressly waive your rights under California Civil Code Section 1542, which provides that a general release does not extend to claims the releasing party does not know or suspect to exist at the time of the release

4. Alcohol & Venue

Alcohol is present and served at our events. Singles LA LLC encourages responsible consumption and reserves the right to refuse service or entry to any visibly intoxicated individual. Singles LA LLC is not responsible for the actions of intoxicated guests. Events take place at third-party venues not owned or operated by Singles LA LLC. We are not responsible for venue conditions, venue staff conduct, or incidents arising from the venue premises.

5. Code of Conduct

All attendees must treat fellow guests, staff, and venue personnel with respect. Harassment, discrimination, or aggressive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. Singles LA LLC reserves the right to remove any attendee for misconduct without refund.

6. Tickets, Payments & Refunds

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or transfers under any circumstances including personal scheduling conflicts, illness, or event modifications. In the event Singles LA LLC cancels an event entirely, attendees will be offered a credit toward a future event or a refund at our sole discretion. All fees are due at the time of purchase.

7. Event Changes

Singles LA LLC reserves the right to modify event details including date, time, venue, and programming at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify ticketholders of material changes.

8. Photo & Media Consent

By attending any Singles LA LLC event you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. You grant Singles LA LLC an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use your likeness, image, voice, and appearance across promotional, marketing, social media, and archival materials in any format, without compensation or further consent. Your attendance constitutes a full release of any related claims.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and Services including logos, text, graphics, images, and designs is owned or licensed by Singles LA LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Singles LA LLC's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our Services or attendance at our events shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable ticket or service. In no event shall Singles LA LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Singles LA LLC and its officers, members, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of our Services, your attendance at our events, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Los Angeles County, California. You consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

PART TWO: PRIVACY POLICY

14. Information We Collect

We may collect the following information when you use our Services:

17. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
